Why these pages exist
Most questions about drinks are not about taste but about facts: how late shops sell, how much is too much, how long an open bottle keeps, at what temperature to serve the wine.
The answers here are short and numeric, with no lecturing. Where the rule is strict — age and driving — it is stated plainly, because getting those two wrong is not a matter of taste.
